• All products are carefully curated and described on the website.
• Prices are displayed in Euros and include TVA. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
• Maison Sainte Colombe reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.


2.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
• Payment is due at the time of order.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.


3.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping methods and estimated delivery times:
• France: Colissimo – 2–5 business days, tracking provided
• Europe (EU): Colissimo / DHL / UPS – 3–7 business days, tracking provided
• International: DHL / UPS / Collisimo – 5–14 business days, depending on destination, tracking provided
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders.
• Maison Sainte Colombe is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.


4.⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges

Unique Antique Decor Items
• Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for antique décor items.

Clothing & Apparel
• Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
• Contact us at info@maisonsaintecolombe.com with your order number and photos of the item.
• Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.


5.⁠ ⁠Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order cannot be changed.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

• Maison Sainte Colombe takes care to ensure accurate product descriptions and secure packaging.
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or delays beyond our control (e.g., carriers, customs).


7.⁠ ⁠Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by French law.
• Any disputes arising from these terms or purchases will be submitted to the competent courts in our jurisdiction, France.
