Processing Time
• All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer; you will be notified in advance.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• France: Colissimo – 2–5 business days, tracking provided
• Europe (EU): Colissimo / DHL / UPS – 3–7 business days, tracking provided
• International: DHL / UPS / Collisimo – 5–14 business days, depending on destination, tracking provided
All orders are sent with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
• Occasionally, Maison Sainte Colombe offers complimentary shipping for orders over a set amount; these promotions will be clearly communicated on our site.
Customs & Duties
• For international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@maisonsaintecolombe.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will already be in processing and may not be changeable.
Returns & Exchanges
Unique Antique Decor Items
• Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on antique decor items.
Clothing & Apparel
• Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.
• Clients must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
