Returns
• We accept returns on eligible items within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
• Antique & vintage pieces (due to their unique nature).
• Custom-made or bespoke items.
• Worn or used clothing & textiles.
• Gift cards & sale items.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
